What is sculptors fitness?

This is a fitness coaching service that was designed by a person who struggled with obesity for years before losing over 100 pounds. One of the most difficult lessons I had to learn on this journey is that fitness is simple, but very hard. It is not complicated unless we complicate it, but the fitness journey can be surprisingly difficult at times. I’m here to remind you that you can do hard things, and show you how to keep it simple.

We don’t do meal plans, we don’t come up with complicated workout programs, you don't need to earn a degree in mathematics or biology to lose fat and build muscle. My goal is to teach you how to eat with a focus on “real” food, adequate protein, and fiber. The rest kind of takes care of itself (for the most part). We learn how to make smart choices at the store, and build nutritious meals we can enjoy/repeat consistently. We learn how to make adjustments on the fly for travel or unexpected family drama. We keep workouts super simple, effective, and accessible almost anywhere so there are no excuses.
